COMM:UNITY online is a space where we explore a topics of relevance to all of our lives.

For the February 17th new moon, we continue a series of calls rooted in THE REMEMBERINGS - the basic teachings of EnLifenment from Chapter 6 of True Human. On this call, we'll focus on the second remembering: ATTENTION IS THE CURRENCY OF CONSCIOUSNESS. USE IT WISELY.

In this complex era of attentional hijack, information overload, and increasing techno-surveillance, attention is an obvious resource.

But what IS it?

In this call, we'll explore the architecture of awareness and attention, and how attention itself is a currency within Life's Song.

We'll look at how and why restoring the currencies of your attention to Life is a truly radical act, and how to do that in a loud and fragmented world.

I'll share an opening meditation, a reading and a teaching, and a simple practice, followed by an inquiry breakout and a group closing circle.

Let's gather not with the intention to get anywhere, but with a gentle-fierce commitment to learn, explore authentic connection, engage in good-faith inquiry, and tend the wild entanglement of our humanity.

These monthly groups are beginning to become a Life-Centric Sangha (or practice community). If you've come before, expect this one to be new teachings within a growing fellowship of true humans.
